If you feel stuck
or a desire to go to a new level,
coaching is a great tool that provides you with accountablility and support you may need.
I can provide coaching for parenting, couples, goal setting, behavior, and more.
As a John Maxwell Team, certified coach I can offer unique coaching that will empower you to break through your obstacles.
Why would you consider coaching? If any of these statements describe you, coaching might be what you are looking for to support you through your challenge:
I am not sure what to do for my family ....
My child is acting out and I don't know what to do to change the behaviors ...
I feel like my children control my household
My husband and I are devided in how we should raise our children ...
We aren't moving forward and I see us doing the same thing over and over. I feel like it's never going to change.
I want to go to the next level yet I can't seem to figuare out what to do next.
I just don't know what to do and feel stuck! I'm so frustrated!
I know my child has the potential to ... yet I just don't know how to ....
“What is coaching, anyway?”
Recently I was in a meeting with a group of business leaders listening to a coaching presentation and was surprised to see that the majority did not understand coaching and seemed confused and unaware of the value it could bring to their business and personal success.
Coaching is a dialogue during which the coach facilitates thedevelopment of clients, helping them to clarify priorities and values, overcome challenges, with the purpose to improve their performance and create the results that they desire.
Coaching is a team effort, a coach-client partnership. The client creates the outcome by bringing intelligence, talent, skills, drive, focus, and courage to each session. The coach is alongside providing the process and accountability. Together they create a synergy that produces results and a win-win partnership

Coaching is not training. Training is the transference of knowledge from one person to another. The coaching process involves unleashing the client’s own problem solving capabilities. The coach helps the client become aware of the resources and solutions that they already possess. A sports coach is often the example thought of to describe visually the role of a coach yet this is miss-leading. Coaching provides very little or no “telling” yet is does consist of a lot of asking questions. The best coaches in the world have mastered the art of asking insightful, powerful, get-to-the-heart-of-the-matter questions.
Coaching is not counseling or psychotherapy. Psychotherapy is a powerful process that often deals with past events in order to help individuals develop a sense of well-being and move from a dysfunctional state to one where the patient is functioning in society. Yet coaching, by contrast, deals with the present and future and enables clients move beyond functionality to effectiveness and excellence.
