Payment and Fee Policy
Fees are expected to be paid prior to or at the time of service.
Most clients prefer to pay monthly or weekly. Checks and cash are accepted. Monthly invoices are provided as a hard copy or by email
Service fees are determined at our initial consultation depending on the type of services and frequency.
You are paying for professional services that are normally lower than the competition that includes: the convenience of your home, 1:1 services, and a plan personally prepared and flexible in materials, with no contract or balloon payment up front. Our goal is to make a positive lasting change in childrens' lives.
If a personal check is returned, additional payment is expected for any fees incurred and a 10% late fee may be applied to any outstanding balance. The amount due must be paid before continuing services and we will continue on a cash only basis.
24 Notice of cancellation of appointment is expected to avoid charges. If the tutor arrives at your home and you did not cancel in advance, full schedule charges apply.
