Call or email us. The first information that would help us better serve you is to tell us what your current circumstances are and why you need our services. We will need more information from you such as: What age, Grade of the student, subjects or skills do we need to focus on, current skill levels, area do you live in, and where would you like services to be provided (home, day care, after school program, library, other public location)?
Our next step is to schedule an hour for a free initial consultation. during this appointment we have the opportunity to meet each other. We will spend time with you discussing in more detail what your concerns are and what our goals will be. Next, we would like to meet who, [you, your son or daughter] we will work with. We would take a look at learning styles and strengths, challenges, academic accomplishments and current performance levels. If you have copies of any test results or work samples, please have them available for us to reference. Finally we will discuss a plan of action for services. Finally we will fill out a service agreement, schedule future tutoring appointments, and answer any further questions.
